THE PARISH OF ST LUKE'S, TORQUAY

From its prominent position perched some 200 feet above Torquay, St Luke's looks down on the English Riviera serving a parish which, while blessed with beautiful views has one of the highest levels of poverty in the Diocese of Exeter.
